What to write about
- An error in an article or calculation — an incorrect formula, typo, broken link or outdated source. This is the most useful kind of message.
- A question or suggestion about an article — what is unclear, missing or difficult to follow.
- A question about the project — its scope and principles are described on the About, Methodology and Editorial policy pages.
How to report an error
To help us check it quickly, include:
- the URL of the page;
- what it says and what you believe is incorrect;
- what should replace it, with a source if you know one;
- for a calculator issue, the values you entered and the result you received.
We check error reports against sources. Significant corrections are reflected in the page's updated date.
What the editorial team does not do
MARKMA covers marketing math. The editorial team does not advise on individual business deals or answer questions outside the published material.
